1. Eligibility

• This Year End Intake Offer is open to new learners only who are not currently enrolled at Eluma Education.
• This Year End Intake Offer is only valid for new learner registrations, and learners must enrol in one of the following programmes:
  • NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care under the October 2026 intake
  • NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Working in the Early Years Sector (Early Years Educator) under the November 2026 intake
• Registration fees must be paid within 3 days of enrolment confirmation to receive the Year End Intake Offer rate of RM1,250. Registration fee payments made outside this timeframe or outside the offer period will be charged the full RM2,250 registration fee. 

2. Offer Period

• For the October 2026 intake for the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, the Year End Intake Offer period is until 30th September 2026. The Year End Intake Offer is only valid for registrations with registration fee payments made within this period. 
• For the November 2026 intake for the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Working in the Early Years Sector (Early Years Educator), the Year End Intake Offer period is until 31st October 2026. The Year End Intake Offer is only valid for registrations with registration fee payments made within this period. 
• Registrations and registration fee payments submitted outside the stated offer periods will not be eligible for the Year End Intake Offer benefits. 

3. Cash Rebate

• The cash rebate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods, services, or discounts.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Eluma Education reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying the rebate.
• This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Learners must complete their registration and payment within the stipulated deadline to qualify for this offer.

4. Confirmation of Registration

• FA confirmation email or official acknowledgement from Eluma Education shall serve as proof of successful registration and eligibility for this offer.
• No separate application is required to enjoy this offer.

5. General Conditions

• Eluma Education reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
• Eluma Education reserves the right to withhold or revoke the rebate if a learner withdraws, defers, or is found to have misrepresented information during enrolment.
• Any misuse or abuse of the promotion may result in disqualification at Eluma Education’s discretion.
• Eluma Education’s decision on all matters relating to this offer is final and binding.
